Wow, whoever wrote that has terrible handwriting, but it looks to be Johnny Whitworth... which google images confirmed! He was there promoting "Pathology" and has apparently was in 3:10 to Yuma and some episodes of CSI: Miami. Agreed though, totally hottie.
